About

I specialize in personal coaching and project design for individuals from an ontological perspective (who you are BEING, vs. what you are DOING). I have a rich and diverse background of experience and training to draw upon including over twenty years military service (US Navy Active and Reserve, US Army Reserves), Twenty plus years as an instructor of classical Japanese Martial Arts ( Aiki-jujitsu) accredited by one of Japan's oldest martial arts organizations as well as modern self defense skills with Attackproof Inc., and extensive work in the restaurant and hospitality industry in New York City.

I am a graduate of the Landmark Forum and Landmark's Curriculum for Living.
