Do you remember what steps you took that created the error?
An example "step-by-step" report for not being able to post an article:
1) Visited website on Internet Explorer 7, on a PC.
2) Went to login as Advisor, using the button on the top bar.
3) Logged in as Advisor, clicked on Manage Articles on Dashboard.
4) Opened up Microsoft Word, where I had already written an article.
5) Copied from Microsoft Word, into the text-field/body to submit the article.
6) Finished writing article.
7) Clicked on Submit button.
8) Article does not submit.
