How can I make a call if I'm an International Caller?

Satori Nation loves our International callers!

When creating your profile: please enter your telephone information - starting with your country code, followed by area and local number.


How do I use the first-time caller promotion?

All Satori Nation promotions are found by clicking on the link Satori Promotions located on your My Account page.

If you have not yet used your 10-minutes for $25 promotion, you can do so now by click here - Talk Now! 10-minutes for only $25.00.


I cannot sign into the website

If you are unable to sign in, please check that you are using both the correct member name and password.

Remember, both your username and password are case sensitive. If you still cannot login to your account, you can request to reset your password.


I forgot my password

If you happen to forget your password, you can request a new temporary password. The temporary will be emailed to the email address associated with your profile.


How do I change my password?

Login and go to "My Account". Under the My Profile section, you will find a link for set password.


Why wont my phone ring?

When the system attempts to connect both parties for a call it will:

1. Call the advisor first.
2. The advisor is prompted to press 1* to connect to the call.
3. The advisor is then placed on hold, as the system then calls you at the number associated with your account.
4. You will be asked to press 1* to connect.
5. When the 1* is properly recognized - the system will connect both parties.

If the advisors call status is set as "talk now" and the call did not go through - it is possible that the advisor did not pick up their phone in time, or the 1* was not recognized. Please try contacting this advisor again. If you continue to have difficulty, please check to see that you have the correct phone number (including country code) associated with your account.

If you are waiting for your phone to ring, you can view your current call status.


Why was my credit card declined?

Credit cards are declined when there is a mismatch between what you manually entered and the information your bank has on file for that credit card. Please make sure you have entered the correct:

1) Re-enter your credit card information exactly as it appears on your bank statement
2) Check that you have entered the correct:
street address, zip code, phone number and CCV (credit card verification code)
3) Call your bank
4) Try a different credit card

Update your account's credit card information.


Why does my account balance say 0 dollars if I have money in my account?

When you start a call, the Satori system reserves all the funds in your account for that call. This determines your maximum call length.

If we were unable to connect your call with an advisor, your call status and account resets itself. As your account resets, you will show a balance of $0 dollars. It can take up to five minutes for your account to reset and the funds to be re-released back into your account.

If you are currently participating in a call and view your account page, your account balance will also be at zero dollars. The funds in your account are being reserved for the call you are on.


Article Comments: I am having trouble leaving comments for an article.

Are you logged into your account? One of the benefits of Satori Nation, is that you can talk to other members, and Advisors within the community. Only members can leave comments to the Articles; which means you need be logged into your account.

If you are signed in, and are still having troubles, please submit a 'Technical Error ' report - stating both the operating system and which browser you are using. For example: Window Vista, Internet Explorer 7.


I'd like to cancel my account.

To cancel your account, please submit a request via the Contact Us page.

What is Satori?

Satori is a Japanese Buddhist term for a state of sudden spiritual enlightenment. That is exactly what Satori Nation seeks to provide: Enlightenment Now.

Satori roughly translates into individual Enlightenment, or a flash of sudden awareness. Satori is as well an intuitive experience. The feeling of Satori is that of infinite space.

Satori comes upon a man unawares, when he
feels that he has exhausted his whole being. Religiously, it is a new birth; intellectually, it is the acquiring of a new viewpoint.


What is the difference between Satori Nation and other psychic websites?

Satori Nation is not an online Psychic directory.

Satori Nation is an online Intuitive and Holistic Center. Our focus is on helping the individual find balance in their life, through focusing on all elements: mind, body, soul and enviornment - to regain balance.

The difference between Satori Nations advisors and other Psychic websites is that Satori Nation screens all applicants for both Intuitive abilities as well as their ability to communicate clearly with the callers.

Again, Satori Nation is not a directory listing of Psychics.

At Satori Nation you can find Holistic Health Practitioners, Relationship Coaches, as well as Intuitive Advisors.

Satori Advisors are screened by a board of Psychic Intuitives. All Advisors on the site are professional Psychic Intuitives and not hobbiest.


Registering

Once I register, do I always have to sign in when I visit the site?

Yes. To protect the privacy of your account, we will always ask you to sign in before accessing your personal information.


Why do you need my phone number?

We call and connect both parties, to the phone numbers stored in your profile. 


Display Names

What is a Display Name

Your Display Name is the name that will identify you in the Community. This can be different than your member name/login name; and can be changed at any time. Feel free to be creative. 


What is a Member Name?

Your Member Name, also known as your login name, is different than your Display Name. Your Member Name is what we will use to recognize you in our system, as you login. The difference between your Member Name/login name and your Display Name, is that your Display Name can be changed at any time; and your Member Name/login name is unique, and cannot be changed once created.


Can my Display Name or Member Name be changed?

Your Member Name is unique, and cannot be changed. Your Display Name can be changed at any time.

Satori Nation reserves the right to modify, alter or suspend any member name at any time; at our sole discretion and without notice, for any reason whatsoever.


What if I'm offended by someone else's display name?

If you are offended by someone else's display name, contact us at info@satorination.com. We do not allow obscenities, profanity or hateful language to be included in member/display names.


Passwords

How do I select a password?

When you register, you are asked to create a password. Your password can be anything you want it to be. We suggest using both letter and numbers. Note: your password is case-sensitive. If you use capital letters, you will need to use capital letters every time.


What if I forgot my password?

How do I pick an Advisor

Browse the listings until yo find an Advisor you would like to speak with.

You can also try searching our Advisor member base, via our Search Engine - located at the top of every page. Type in a word or keywords that best describes the subject for which you wish to receive advice on. Advisors with a focus on those subjects will come up in the search results.

You can also search for a specific advisor by typing their Display Name into our search engine.


What if I need to cancel my scheduled appointment?

Our Advisors schedule their day around their booked appointments. You can cancel your appointment up to 24hrs in advance, to the time of your scheduled appointment.


Advisors

How do I become an Advisor?

To become an Advisor, you must submit a request. Advisor's are invited by interview and invitation only. All Advisors are required to perform either a phone interview. If you are interested in becoming an Advisor, we look forward to hearing from you.


How do I update my call status?

To set your call status:
1) login and go to "My Account"
2) click the URL "Set as call Now" or "Manage Profile"
3) Toggle your Call Now status between available to not available.
